Detailed Download Instructions The 2003-2005 Proposed Budget is in Adobe PDF format. In order to read the budget, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download from Adobe's Web Site. Download the Acrobat Reader to a file on your machine. After downloading the Acrobat Reader, you must install it on your desktop. This is accomplished by clicking on the installation icon that is inside the file that you saved on your machine. A wizard will appear to assist you with this task. |

| After downloading the Acrobat Reader, you must save a copy of the PDF budget file to your desktop in order to read it. This is accomplished by clicking on the item and ensuring that it is saved to a folder on your desktop that you determine.
Save the copy of the PDF budget file in a folder on your desktop. Then launch Acrobat Reader by double clicking on it. Go to File--Open and open the PDF budget file that you saved. | |
