| Broadway Auto Row draws
family shoppers from 50 miles away and further, due to its selection of 20 auto
dealerships. This 12-block commercial center links Downtown Oakland with the affluent
Piedmont and Adams Point neighborhoods. In addition, the area includes Summit Medical
Center, Kaiser Medical Center, and a growing number of restaurant, food, and family
