The incubator does not target any specific business area but encourages business owners to become partners that show growth potential. Public presentations at the city and local government levels are made to inform potential businesses of the assistance and resources available through the incubator. Target Participants Tenants sign a 1-3 year lease. When the tenant believes they are ready to graduate they meet with the Executive Director or a consultant and assess their financial situation and whether they can perform without the subsidies provided in the incubator. Entrance Criteria On a quarterly basis the tenant is evaluated. The goals set in the business plan are reviewed and an assessment is made of the client's progress or lack thereof. Exit Criteria The information gathered at the initial meeting upon entering the incubator is reviewed and analyzed to see if the client has grown in their use of business practices and contracts. |
