The BIC is a resource center to assist entrepreneurs to develop their ideas by offering: Business Plan Software; Free Counseling; Free Workshops; and Internet Access www.sba.gov. The BIC offers the following on-going services:

  • One–on-one Business Coaching from a variety of experienced OSCS Business Coaches, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, 5-7 pm.
  • "Doing Business with the Government," Paul Chann from the Govt. Contracting Division of SBA will be available for one-on-one counseling with individuals interested in doing business with the federal government, First and Third Thursday of the month, 1-4:30 pm
  • Reasonable arrangements for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least 2 weeks in advance. Contact Michael Elkin at (510) 273-6020.
