First Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays through October 30 Free Oakland Walking Tours Discover Oakland's history, architecture, downtown's changing skyline, landmarks, churches, high rises and neighborhoods through nine different guided walking tours conducted by the Oakland Tours Program and sponsored by the City's Community and Economic Development Agency. Tour of City Hall, Frank Ogawa Plaza and Administration Buildings every first Tuesday. All tours start at 10:00 a.m. and last approximately 90 minutes.
