There are several factors to consider when organizing your neighborhood CORE group.

  • How big do I want the CORE group?
  • Are their geographical features or natural boundaries like dead ends, hills or creeks that create natural residential groupings?
  • Does my neighborhood have primarily single family dwellings? If so, perhaps organize one or two blocks.
Or maybe you’d like to start with 30-50 homes within a designated area.
  • If you live in an apartment or condominium, perhaps organizing by floor is more feasible.
  • In a large complex with several buildings, organizing one building at a time may be a good start.
