1. Amend Table 2 of the "Guidelines for Determining Project Conformity with the General Plan and Zoning Regulations" to state that locating Transportation and Warehousing Activities in areas with a Housing and Business Mix General Plan land use designation does not conform to the General Plan.

2. Amend Table 2 of the "Guidelines for Determining Project Conformity with the General Plan and Zoning Regulations" related to Drive Through Facilities in the Neighborhood Center Mixed Use land use designation.

3. Discuss Industrial Land Use Policy. This is a follow-up to the November 16, 2005 Planning Commission and the November 8th, 2005 Community & Economic Development Committee staff reports.
