1997-1999 Proposed Policy Budget

In accordance with the City's charter and pursuant to the mayor and councils directions, the 1997-99 proposed policy budget is submitted for deliberation. This budget marks the first two-year budget for the City, and, as such, provides proposed funding appropriations covering the period from July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1999.
