The purpose of this document is to provide information about the City of Oakland (the "City") and its Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency"). The information presented has been collected from sources believed to be accurate. The City and the Agency, however, make no assurances about the accuracy or reliability of this information. The City and the Agency do not intend that the enclosed information be relied on as specific offering information in connection with any issuance of bonds by the City and the Agency.   The City and the Agency also serve as conduit issuers for various non-profit organizations, private companies and special districts as well as issuing debt secured solely by single or multi-family mortgage revenues. The Port of Oakland, a sub-agency of the City, is considered a separately reporting entity. No information regarding such conduit issuers or their financings has been included in this document. Nor has any information relating to the Port of Oakland and its financing been provided in this document. Such information may be requested directly from the borrowers.
