Our offices are located at 250 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, Room 2114. This building is called the Dalziel Building and is located on Clay Street between 14^th and 16^th Streets. The entrance is across from City Hall.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On the last Wednesday of each month, we open at 10 a.m.

Our Building Services Express Station open daily for trade, re-roofing and simple termite repair permits. Our busiest hours tend to be from 11a.m. to 4 p.m. You may wish to schedule your visit earlier in the day.
