The Coliseum Gardens project proposed at 928-998 66th Avenue and 801-931 69th Avenue entails the phased redevelopment of the project site with approximately 400 residential units; 15,000 square feet of social services space; 435 off-street parking spaces; and relocation and renovation of the Coliseum Gardens Park. The project site is generally bounded by 66th Avenue, San Leandro Street, 69th Avenue, and Olmstead Street, with some portions of the site extending between 69th and 70th Avenues, and along Snell Street between 69th and 71st Avenues.. 3. Design review of the exterior façade and open space revisions for case file CMDV01-466, approved on December 3, 2003. The proposal was to construct a 19 story, mixed-use project with 98 for-sale residential units, 6,993 square feet of ground floor commercial, and 125 structured parking spaces. The project site is at 1331 Harrison Street, and the revision case file number is REV05-005.
