APPROVAL OF MINUTES

DISCUSSION

1. Final design review of the exterior façade materials and details for the proposal at 206 Second Street to demolish three existing warehouse buildings and construct a 65 foot high building containing 75 condominium units, 2,410 S.F. of live/work, 990 S.F. of retail on the street level, and 83 structured parking spaces. The project was approved by the Planning Commission on September 3, 2003 and the case file is CMD03-236. 2. Mixed-use project proposed at 2345 Broadway. The project entails phased redevelopment of the two-block project site with approximately 398 residential units, 21,164 square feet of retail space, and 583 parking spaces. The project site occupies two blocks bounded by 24th Street on the north, West Grand Avenue on the south, Broadway on the east, and Valley Street on the west.
