  1. Preliminary review of a proposal to construct a 100,000 square foot mixed use building located at 200-228 Broadway. Case File No. CMD02-33 and ER01-08. For further information contact case planner Patricia McGowan at 510-238-3063.

  2. Preliminary review of the Wheelinks project located at 426 Alice Street. Case File No. ER00-25. The applicant proposes to demolish an existing warehouse and construct 94 residential units, 9,800 square feet of office space and 123 parking spaces, in an 8-sttory building.
