Policies and Procedures Committee

1. Discussion regarding Planning Commission Committees (Design Review, Policies and Procedure, and Special Projects), including establishing standardized rules and procedures, scheduling, and noticing.

2. Discussion regarding establishing a Residential Appeals Committee pursuant to recommendations contained in the proposed design review program for one and two unit residential facilities.

3. Discussion regarding the annual Planning Commission Citywide Tour including date selection and tentative itinerary.

At this time members of the public may speak on any item of interest within the Commission's jurisdiction. Speakers are generally limited to two minutes or less if there are six or less speakers on an item, and one minute or less if there are more than six speakers.
