Proposed zoning text and map amendments to the S-15 Transit Oriented
Development Zone Regulations (Chapter 17.100 of the Zoning Code). This
zone is currently designated around the West Oakland and Fruitvale BART
stations and is proposed for the MacArthur and Coliseum BART Stations (continued from October 15, 2003 meeting).
Policy Paper regarding the consideration of a Transit Overlay Zone.
At this time members of the public may speak on any item of interest within the Committee's jurisdiction, generally subject to a two-minute time limit per speaker.
