Project Description:

Mixed-Use Project Residential Units: Up to 675 units total. Affordable units within the project equal 20% of the market rate units (i.e., Market rate: Up to 562 units/Affordable: Up to 113 units) Retail Space: Approximately 34,000 sq. ft. Community Center: 5,000 sq. ft.
