Mixed-Use Project

  • Residential Units: Up to 675 units total. Affordable units within the project equal 20% of the market rate units (i.e., Market rate: Up to 562 units/Affordable: Up to 113 units)
  • Retail Space: Approximately 34,000 sq. ft.
  • Community Center: 5,000 sq. ft.
  • BART Parking: 300 cars
  • Structured Parking: Residential: Up to 675 spaces (1 space per unit)/Non-Residential: 30-70 spaces
  • On-Site Street Parking: Approximately 30 cars
  • Height of residential buildings: 50-85 feet (4 to 6 stories)
