The Zoning Section of the Community and Economic Development Agency offers services related to development and coordination under the City of Oakland Planning Code and General Plan. The Zoning Section provides day-to-day counter and non-counter customer service to answer zoning questions, receive, process and review various zoning permit applications, including Planning Commission cases, and processes environmental review documents.
