Review of an Amendment to an Approved design review consisting of the elimination of the residential component of the project and the redesign and enlargement of the grocery store component from a 28,300 sq. ft. addition to a 44,300 sq. ft. addition to the rear of the 11,700 sq. ft. Landmark Cox Cadillac showroom, including a two-story parking structure, with the upper level as an open, roof parking area. The existing Landmark Cox Cadillac showroom would be rehabilitated as previously approved, with a modification to the location of the elevator/stair circulation within the showroom.
