Hearing Room 1, City Hall One Frank Ogawa Plaza ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF MINUTES DISCUSSION 1. 801-811 International Boulevard-Construct a 62.855 square foot mixed use building containing 44 dwelling units, 11,150 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and underground parking. The applicant seeks a Minor Interim Conditional Use Permit for increased density consistent with the General Plan, Minor Variance to apply the S-12 dimensional requirements for parking spaces and maneuvering aisles, and Regular Design Review for new construction in excess of 25,000 square feet (CDV05-097). The original proposal was to construct a 75' tall, residential project with up to 100 for-sale residential units and 97 parking spaces. The project site is at 1111 Jackson Street, and the revision case file number is REV05-011.
