DISCUSSION

1. Camden City Center Residential Project -- proposed on Block T-10 of City Center in the downtown. The block is bounded by 14^th Street on the north, 13^th Street pedestrian walk on the south, Jefferson Street on the east, and Martin Luther King, Jr. Way on the west. The project would develop the site with approximately 220 rental residential units, 2,914 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and 242 parking spaces (PUD03-499). 2. Ellis Partners - Jack London Redevelopment Project - Mixed Use (ER03-0004). Second Design Review meeting concerning a proposed 1.2 million square foot proposal on nine sites generally bounded by Embarcadero, Clay and Alice Streets, plus the Amtrak parking lot bounded by Embarcadero, Harrison, 2^nd Street and Alice for theaters, a 250 room hotel, restaurants, retail and offices.
