  1. Preliminary design review of the 2nd Street Lofts project, a proposal to demolish an existing 1 story warehouse and construct an 8-story, 81' building containing 100 residential condominium units and approximately 6,044 square feet of retail/office space on the street level, with 132 structured parking spaces.
