DISCUSSION
Preliminary design review of the Siena Hill project, a proposal to construct 32 attached single-family dwellings on 32 lots, 103 off-street parking spaces, and a private road. In addition, 17 parking spaces on Keller Avenue would be available for guests and the general public. The project site is located off of Keller Avenue, between Greenridge Drive and Rilea Way.
