  • 160 14th Street: Status of proposal to construct an eight story building to contain ground floor commercial space, a "service enriched" housing facility, and 76 affordable housing units, adjacent to a Designated Historic Property (Preservation Study List), the Islamic Cultural Center (former Scottish Rite Temple), rated "A1+" – Highest Importance, a contributor in an Area of Primary Importance. Planning Commission Agenda-September 3, 2003..
  • 3124 International Blvd: Status of proposal to construct a three to six-story building, including 38 below-market rate housing units, the relocation of the Native American Health Center Clinic, open space and 43 parking spaces, with a rear property line adjacent to the rear yard of the Oakland City Landmark and National Register Cohen-Bray House. Tentatively agendized for the September 17, 2003 Planning Commission.
