1. Fox Theater Proposed Rehabilitation and Addition (Fox Oakland Theater and Building, 1807-1829 Telegraph Avenue, LM 78-36): Presentation by Phil Tagami, California Capital Group. Action to be taken: Recommend formation of a Fox Theater LPAB Sub-committee.

      LPAB Action –  to receive testimony from property owner/

      interested citizens, Adopt Resolution to Initiate Landmark Designation and direct staff to forward the nomination to the Planning Commission for public hearing on the proposed designation.
