UPCOMING AGENDA ITEMS

2345 Broadway: Mixed-use
project, entails phased redevelopment of the project site with approximately
398 residential units, 21,164 square feet of retail space, and 583 parking
spaces. Site includes buildings rated Cb+3,
C3, and C2+.
·
1720 MacArthur Blvd Altenheim: Development of affordable, independent senior
rental housing units in a two-phase proposal, including Phase I renovation of
original wood-frame buildings and dining hall and Phase II renovation of 1913
masonry wing and construction of new buildings.
