Amendment to an Approved design review consisting of the elimination of the residential component of the project and the redesign and enlargement of the grocery store component from a 28,300 sq. ft. addition to a 44,300 sq. ft. addition to the rear of the 11,700 sq. ft. Landmark Cox Cadillac showroom, including a two-story parking structure, with the upper level as an open, roof parking area. The existing Landmark Cox Cadillac showroom would be rehabilitated as previously approved, with a modification to the location of the elevator/stair circulation within the showroom. |
