Planning Code Makeover: Reorganize and reformat key chapters of the existing Planning Code including the Residential Zones, Commercial Zones, and S-Zones. 2. Final review of Industrial district regulations concluding the discussion of the proposed CIX, Commercial and Light Industrial Business Mix, zoning district in West Oakland. OPEN FORUM At this time members of the public may speak on any item of interest within the Committee's jurisdiction, generally subject to a two-minute time limit per speaker.
