As your City Council President, my priorities are to:

• Continue economic development that creates jobs and opportunities for Oakland residents and businesses while protecting our environment.
• Aggresively use every tool available to reduce crime, speeding and blight that harm the quality of life in our neighborhoods.
• Provide the funding to build new schools so that our children have smaller class sizes and a quality environment for learning.
