You have 21 calendar days from the date of citation issuance or 14 days from the notice date to pay your citation. Citation can be paid in the following ways:

• In person at City of Oakland Parking, 250 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, 6^th floor, Oakland, CA 94612
• By mail to the above address
• By calling 1-800-500-6484 to pay your citation by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Boot & Tow

A vehicle becomes eligible for tow where there are five or more unpaid parking violations. If your vehicle has been towed for unpaid parking citations, you, the registered owner of the vehicle has two options for receiving a release form from the Parking Citation Assistance Center.

•  Pay all your tow tickets in full either by cash or credit card.

• You can have an immediate hearing by a hearing officer based on the    availability of their schedule. Contact Hearing Dept. at (510) 238-4484 for    further information.
