The purpose of this document is to provide information about the City of Oakland (the "City") and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Oakland (the "Redevelopment Agency"). The City and the Agency also serve as conduit issuers for various non-profit organizations, private companies and special districts as well as issuing debt secured solely by single or multi-family mortgage revenues. The Port of Oakland, a sub-agency of the City, is considered a separately reporting entity. No information regarding such conduit issuers or their financings has been included in this document. Nor has any information relating to the Port of Oakland and its financing been provided in this document. Such information may be requested directly from the borrowers.
