Every two years, the application process follows the
same general schedule.

STATUS |

Application deadline for FY 2009-11 funding is 12:00 noon on Friday,
January 16, 2009.
To be eligible, applicants must attend one of
the two mandatory orientation meetings to be held on Monday, December
15, 2008 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
