Transitional Housing in Oakland

The Transitional Housing Program/Families In Transition (THP/FIT) program provides housing with case management ans support services to families for up to 24 months. The Transitional Housing program is designed to assist those families who are experiencing episodes of homelessness to sustain themselves and assist in bringing about stability in the family unit through services provided. These families are further assisted in obtaining permanent housing.
