Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development


The City of Oakland has published for public review and comment a draft Action Plan for FY 2008-09, the second year of its five-year Consolidated Plan for FY 2005 - 2010. The Action Plan describes the City's proposed uses of Federal housing and community development grant funds for the coming year, as well as other actions the City will undertake to address the housing and community development needs of low and moderate income people.

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at 7:00 pm (or thereafter) in the City Council chambers, One City Hall Plaza, Oakland.

Written comments will be accepted through Friday, May 9, 2008 at 5 pm.
