Redevelopment Division - contact the redevelopment division of CEDA at 238-3015 for a list of the key areas identified for redevelopment. 2002 Survey of Potential Affordable Housing Sites - A survey of vacant and underutilized sites within the City, excluding the Downtown Area, was conducted from October 2002 to January 2003. The survey identified 559 potential affordable housing sites.
