Oakland Paratransit for the Elderly and Disabled (OPED) offers subsidized paratransit services to residents of Oakland and Piedmont who cannot access public transportation and are at least 70 or have a mobility disability.

Application links are available on their website. In order to qualify for Oakland's Paratransit Program, one must also register with East Bay Paratransit Consortium.
