Payroll Holiday Calendar for 2002


Holidays on Regular Day Off Policy:

In the event a designated holiday falls upon a normal work day off, as in a Saturday, an employee who works a Monday through Friday workweek or the first day of a normal two off schedule shall received one (1) additional day of vacation.

In the event a designated holiday falls upon a normal work day off, as in a Sunday, an employee who works a Monday through Friday workweek or the first day of a normal two off schedule shall received the next following day off.

Please note In order to qualify for receipt of compensation for a designated holiday, an employee must be in paid status on the workday before and on the workday after the designated holiday.

Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Policy:

Employees whose regular workweek is Monday through Friday, when December 24th and December 31st occur on Saturday or Sunday shall be entitled to one of the following:

    One half of the work shift as paid time off on both the Friday preceding
    Christmas Eve and the Friday preceding New Year's Eve.

    One full work shift as paid time off on either the Friday preceding  Christmas Eve or the
    Friday preceding New Year's Eve.
