FY 2004 UASI GRANT OBJECTIVES:

Lead Teams were formed to develop cursory action plans, timelines, and macro budgets to implement the critical and high priority objectives. Lead Teams were made up of the stakeholders for each objective from the general membership of the Urban Area Working Group (UAWG).

The critical and high priority grant objectives are:

  1. Enhance existing and develop regional interoperable communication systems
  2. Enhance existing and develop regional information exchange networks
  3. Reduce the vulnerability of information systems
  4. Reduce the vulnerability of transportation systems
  5. Expand Incident Management
  6. Improve Recall and Mutual Aid
