We’re all citizens of the planet earth. And a lucky few of us are also citizens of Oakland. So take part in Earth Day Oakland 2002. Earth Day is a global demonstration of concern for our environment. And with the help of millions of volunteers like you, it can bring about remarkable change. Put on your work clothes and drop by a project site on Saturday, April 20, from 9 am - 12 noon. And keep visiting this site for further activities to nurture your community. Because in Oakland, it’s Earth Day every day of the year.
