repairs take longer than 30 days, owners may submit a compliance
plan to the Oakland Fire Department for approval by the Fire
Marshal. Any extension
and/or compliance plan must be submitted in writing within 14 days
of receipt of violations
noted on the inspection report. The Fire Marshal reserves the right to approve or deny any
extension and/or compliance plan submitted.
