Redevelopment of Sites w/ Contamination

Throughout the City of Oakland there are many sites that may have residual contamination due to historical uses. Many of these sites have been cleaned up to an acceptable level for certain development types and have therefore received 'regulatory closure.' Development on sites with contamination issues and/or regulatory closure must be routed to the Oakland CUPA for review and approval.
