IMPORTANT FIRE SAFETY INFORMATION
The Consumer Product Safety Commission ("CPSC") and Central Sprinkler Corporation, a manufacturer of these fire sprinkler heads, have announced the recall of all Central Sprinkler's "Omega" line of fire sprinkler heads. According to the CPSC, these sprinklers are defective and could result in bodily injury or death.
IMMEDIATE ACTION IS REQUIRED on your part in order to receive the benefit of the replacement program agreed upon by the CPSC and Central Sprinkler Corporation. You must CALL CENTRAL SPRINKLER'S. 24-HOUR HOT LINE (1-800-896-5685) or visit the Web Site at www.nmeszarecall.corn, to receive an information packet to participate in the recall process. Within 8 working days, you will receive an infortnation packet about the recall process. Deadline for application is August 1, 1999.
