The City of Oakland, Aquatics Unit is more than proud to provide citizens, patrons and participants with quality year-round and summer swimming activities at seven public pool locations.

In addition to programs operating out of the seven pools, each is also available for reservation, but must be coordinated and rented through the Aquatics Unit. Please contact the Aquatics Unit for additional information on pools, pool use, programming or rental information at (510) 238-2196.

Castlemont and McClymonds Pools are owned and operated by the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD), but which the Aquatics Unit operates summer activities, classes, training courses and programming at. For more information about Castlemont and McClymonds Pool, please contact the OUSD at (510) 879-8582.
