Park Use Permit For Private Or Routine Events The term "Private and Routine Event" means any event conducted in a city park consisting of 25 or more patrons that is not open to the public, including but not limited to picnics, birthday parties, family, church and school events or related activities, and may or may not include amplified or non-amplified sound. |
