The Recreation Center Director will inform applicant of all necessary information required and deliver the application, rules and appropriate fees to the Central Reservations Unit, located at 250 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, Suite 3330, Oakland, CA 94612, for approval after assuring that conditions to protect the safety of the park patrons and the facility itself have been addressed and will be complied with. Applicant must provide a valid current Driver’s License and/or credit card.
