Leona Lodge
This rustic building is completely surrounded by the beauty of nature. Located at the top of a wooded knoll, the lodge contains a medium size banquet room, hardwood floors in a surrounding woodsy area. It has a large, outdoor barbecue pit and kitchen facilities. A serene location, the lodge is ideal for private parties and special events.

Minimum Rental Requirements
Minimum of 4 hours plus deposit for the use of the facility. Please Note: Decorating and clean-up must be included in total rental time. Please allow plenty of time for preparation prior to your function. There is a mandatory set-up and tear-down fee. The set-up and tear-down consists of City staff setting up and putting away tables and chairs, sweeping and mopping. Rental group is responsible for removing any decorations and putting all refuse in containers.

Directions
From Berkeley
Take the southbound Warren Freeway.
Take Highway 13 to Redwood Road and exit East on Mountain Boulevard.
Turn right on Carson Street.
Turn left on Cart Street or take Highway 580 to High Street.
Exit onto High Street and pass MacArthur Boulevard.
Turn right to Tompkins Avenue.
At the stop sign, turn left at Carson Street.
At the end of Carson Street, make a right onto Mountain Boulevard.
Leona Lodge is on the left side.

From Hayward
Take Highway 580 westward ramp towards Oakland.
Merge onto I-580 West.
Take the CA-13/Warren Freeway exit towards Berkeley.
Take Highway 13 to Redwood Road exit East on Mountain Boulevard.
Turn right on Carson Street.
At the end of Carson Street, make a right on to Mountain Boulevard.
Leona Lodge is on the left.

Hwy 880
Take Highway 880 and exit on High Street/Oakland.
Continue along High Street pass MacArthur Boulevard.
At the end of High Street make a right on to Tompkins Avenue.
At the stop sign, turn left on Carson Street.
Turn right on Mountain Boulevard.
Leona Lodge is on the left.
