The Center offers a full range of social, recreational, nutrition and health education. Ballroom dance takes place every Tuesday and Thursday 1 - 4 p.m. with a DJ. DJ dances are offered the fourth and fifth Saturday of every month from 8 - 11 p.m. A big band dance, with the Nob Hill Sounds, is every Friday from 8 - 11 p.m. On-site secure parking is available. The Center also provides blood pressure screening, podiatry, tax help, haircuts, massage and information on county-wide senior services. Lunch is served by Bay Area Community Services, Monday - Friday, Noon - 12:45 p.m (make reservations one day in advance). Volunteers welcome. Advisory Council meets at the Center on the third Friday of each month at 9:30 a.m. and includes a public forum.
