Program emphasis is on exercise, nutrition, crafts and computer instruction. The Over-60 Clinic provides on-site physician and nurse service every morning. Special events are scheduled to celebrate holidays. A line dance and choral group are active and provide performances throughout the area. Lunch is served by Bay Area Community Services, Monday - Friday, Noon - 12:45 p.m. (make reservations one day in advance). The facility is available for rentals. Volunteers welcome. Advisory Council meets at the Center on the first Friday of every month at 1:30 p.m. and includes a public forum.
