The Center offers a full range of social, recreational, nutrition and health education. Swing and Line dancing takes place Wednesdays 1 - 3 p.m. Special activities scheduled each month. On-site parking is available. The Center also provides Tai Chi, Yoga, fitness activities, blood pressure screening, tax help and information on county-wide senior services. Lunch is served by Bay Area Community services, Monday - Friday Noon to 12:30 p.m. (make reservations one-day in advance). Volunteers welcome. Advisory Council meets on the second Thursday of each month at 1 p.m. and includes a public forum.
