West Oakland Multipurpose Senior Center 1724 Adeline St. 510-238-7016 Hours: Monday ~ Friday, 8:30 am ~ 5:00 pm This brand new facility features a broad range of classes and special events. A large computer lab allows for a variety of classes for seniors. Crafts, sewing and dance classes are offered weekly. Lunch is served by Bay Area Community Services, Monday - Friday, Noon - 12:45 p.m. Reservations one day in advance. This facility is available for rentals. Volunteers welcome. The Advisory Council meets at the Center on the third Thursday of each month at 10:30 a.m. and includes a public forum. |
