Holiday Bulletin Board Grand Prize Winner Monday, January 19, 2004 Grand Prize Winner Announced The City of Oakland, Office of Parks and Recreation is proud to announce Brookdale Recreation Center as the grand prize winner of the first annual Holiday Bulletin Board Contest. The contest begain in December 2003 and was open to all Oakland Parks and Recreation centers.
